Rent is $1,650 monthly for a two- to six-month term; a one-month stay is $1950. All utilities, wifi, and light housecleaning every other week are included. First and last months’ rent, and a similar-rate, refundable damage deposit, are paid in advance. A $50 application fee for a credit check/criminal background check is also requested.
Renter must be 25 or older. Pets and smoking are not allowed, although a dog could be negotiable.
The casita is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between tenants. An additional cleaning and/or shopping fee-based service is also available if desired.
Cancellation policy: We offer a full refund for cancellations at least 60 days in advance; or 50% for cancellations at least 30 days prior to reservation date.
